Born in 1985, Ukraine, Julia Gilas a.k.a @juliagilas is a social media star that’s admired around the world for her incredible figure.

Cardio or not? 🚴🏼‍♀️ If you do a split routine, you’ll need cardio to burn more calories. But, it takes more time. I’ve done a split routine and I always need cardio to supplement the calorie burn. I am a fan of doing stair master, the push sled, and sprints on the stationary bike to burn calories. 💪🏼 But if you work your overall body with intensity 4 times per week, you can skip the cardio. I posted the most effective way to work your overall body using the biggest muscle groups. Keeping the rest times to 90 seconds or less and working with intensity will build muscle and burn fat.
