Outdoor cardio has always been my favorite. I’ve cut back on listening to music while I exercise and been sticking to podcasts so I can stimulate my mind as well. @1stphorm CEO @andyfrisella ‘s podcast The MFCEO Project is a must listen too. His podcast is so diverse with subjects on business , motivation, and life. I personally love it so much, it’s my favorite one! There’s a little something for everyone! It’s no wonder it has thousands of a five star rating ⭐️ what’s your favorite podcast?

Good morning amigos 🤗 I just finished a Pilates class and enjoying my @1stphorm Root beer float #Phormula-1 while looking up recipes for Thanksgiving! I’m so excited! Make sure you consume your post workout immediately after your gym session to begin the recovery process. Add a scoop of glutamine if you’re someone who gets extremely sore after your training to aid in the recovery process as well! 💪🏽 What are you guys doing today?
